SCI's Online Ordering System incorporates a secure document that uses a medium-grade encryption key suited for U.S. export (RC4-Export, 128 bit with 40 secret).

If you choose to order from SCI online, we provide a secure web server to handle the order form, and all the information you enter onto it is encrypted, so that eavesdroppers on the internet won't be able to obtain your address, telephone number, or credit card number. Only SCI will see this data intact, and we will treat it exactly as described in our Privacy statement.

But you don't have to trust the system. We offer a different order form, which you can print, and mail in with a check -- or fax it with credit card information. Or you may use SCI's automated telephone order system.

Current Encryption Certificate information, including serial number, may be obtained by clicking on the Key symbol in your browser once you are viewing the secure Online Order Form (select "How to Order" above). The Certificate is issued by: Secure Server Certification Authority, RSA Data Security, Inc., USA.

What is the Zend Optimizer?

The Zend Optimizer is one of the most popular PHP plugins for performance-improvement, and has been available without charge, since the early days of PHP 4. It improves performance by scanning PHP's intermediate code and passing it through multiple Optimization Passes to replace inefficient code patterns with more efficient code blocks. The replaced code blocks perform exactly the same operations as the original code, only faster.

In addition to improving performance, the Zend Optimizer also enables PHP to transparently load files encoded by the Zend Guard.

The Zend Optimizer is a free product available for download from Zend Technologies. Zend Technologies also developed the PHP scripting engine, known as the Zend Engine.
