iBOTZ Tribotz Robot Kit MR-1005

The iBotz Tribotz robot works in various modes: avoids obstacles, reacts to sounds and follows lines. Its like three robots in one package. It uses sensors to avoid objects, follows a line and respond to sound. Once assembled the Tribotz robot reacts to sound impulses and objects in its way. It will reverse away from a sound or obstruction, then move forward. Make a path with a black felt tip marker or black tape and watch how infrared sensors allow the Tribotz to make corrections.

Assembly requires only basic hand tools (screw driver & pliers). This kit offers a fun learning robot experience. You’ll feel like an engineer when you’re done!

Tribotz can operate in: Avoider mode where on-board sensors help Tribotz to avoid obstacles, Sound Operating mode where Tribotz changes direction in response to sound impulses, and in Line Tracer mode where on-board sensors enable the robot to follow a line drawn by a felt tipped pen.
